Coach Mike has been around the Ravens for a number of years and given his time to many facets of the organization. His love of the game and fondness for instructing youth players in the "Medicine Game" have brought him back to the fields every year for over 15 years. This year he turns his attention to creating an exciting environment for the young men and boys in our community to grow together as players and mentors and coaches. As the Boys Director Coach Mike will make sure that your boys are paired with great coaches and have a remarkable 2024 season.

My family and I have been with the Ravens since 2019 when my son joined the 8U boys team. This year he will be on the 12U team. My daughter joined the 8U girls team last season and can’t wait for the upcoming season! I enjoy watching the teams, of all ages, learn and grow in this thriving sport and also seeing them evolve in to leaders themselves. Go RAVENS!

Tyler Houston was born and raised in Spotsylvania County and played lacrosse collegiately at the University of Mary Washington here in Fredericksburg. Coach Houston is a full-time lacrosse coach, as he has been a member of the UMW staff the past 4 years as well as being the Sr. Director of True Lacrosse Fredericksburg since 2022. Tyler coaches the 8u boys team and volunteers as the scheduler for the Ravens.
